The hotel has 14 conference rooms, most named after German rivers. The largest venue, a combination of the Rhein, Main and Neckar rooms can accommodate up to 300 people. All the function rooms are soundproofed and air conditioned and offer the very latest in presentation technology with everything from flip charts to simultaneous translation facilities. The hotel’s ‘Avantgarde’ restaurant serves a continental buffet breakfast every morning between 06:00 and 10:00. The restaurant is also open for lunch (12:00 – 14:00) and dinner (18:00), offering a seasonal selection of regional and international specialities. After dinner you can enjoy a nightcap in the hotel’s ‘Triangle’ bar, which serves drinks and light snacks from 17:00 until 01:00. From Heidelberg: Take the S1 S-Bahn towards Kaiserslautern. Alight at Mannheim Hauptbahnhof. Journey time: around 15 minutes. From Mannheim Hauptbahnhof: Take the 5R tram to Vienheim Tivoli RNZ. Journey time: around 25 minutes. Total cost: EUR 6.40 from Heidelberg. EUR 3.30 from Mannheim. The hotel is 2minutes walk from the station. Go along Mannheim Strasse towards the centre of Viehnheim. Turn right down Anne Frank Strasse. You are now in Bürgermeister Neff Strasse. The hotel has 80 free parking spaces.

Less than 300m from the motorway the hotel provides you with convenient access by road to many of the region’s largest cities, including Mannheim and Heidelberg.
