The hotel is a trendy 3-star hotel located in the centre of Tallinn, just a few footsteps from the Old Town. It is the only hotel chain in the Baltic States with computers and free internet in every room. Opened in 2003, the hotel is located in two trendy and fresh buildings situated right next to each other in the original limestone houses dating back to the 1870's. The hotel has restaurant facilities including the trendy "U-Cafe" and "U-Restaurant" which offer all day menus and a stylish A la carte menu. The Tricky Ants restaurant offers a popular dinner show featuring folk dancing and music. The hotel also has 4 conference rooms for up to 150 people, a sauna, in-house "U-Massage” service and free parking.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
