The hotel was opened in 1989 with 6 rooms. In 1999, a new extension was built onto the old house and as the rooms are frequently renovated, most of them meet the junior suite requirements. The hotel also has a mini suite and the largest suite in Estonia. This hotel has mostly non-smoking rooms.

5 rooms can be used as rooms for the disabled and as the size of most rooms is 30-40 m², large families can be accommodated using additional beds. The rooms are spacious, well-lit and quiet, due to the hotel’s location. The security measures in the rooms meet the modern requirements. You can use the restaurant with its outside terrace, the bar, the Finnish sauna and the car park.

The various niches and unique features of the restaurant area offer many exciting opportunities for celebrating various occasions. The restaurant is open until 23:00 every day. The bar is open 24 hours for hotel guests, has a wide selection of drinks and also offers snacks to go with the drinks. There is a night meal menu. In summer you can enjoy the garden and terrace.

All floors and rooms are interconnected via 3 spiral staircases leading through the house, making it feel cosy and full of various nooks and niches, while still leaving it open and spacious. The rooms themselves are quiet and equipped with all expected conveniences. There are ski tracks in the forest and the hotel is about a 20-minute drive to Niitvälja Golfing Centre. The hotel’s restaurant and bar offer you good times. In the summer, you can enjoy sitting on the summer terraces or in a beautiful back garden with a barbecue. The restaurant’s cuisine is mostly European, but the menu also includes exotic dishes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
