Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels occurs once a week if your stay is longer than 7 nights. In Business Suite Apartments, cleaning is every 3 days. Additional cleaning is available for an extra charge. Business class apartments have free transfer on arrival and Business suite apartments on arrival and departure. Standard class apartment prices don't include free transfers.

All apartments have modern furnishings in pastel colours. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen (with fridge, electric stove, coffee machine, electric water kettle), a dining area, a living room with sofas, Internet connection and bedroom(s). Most of the bedrooms have 2 single beds, which can be connected in case of a request for a double bed. All apartments are spacious enough to work in or to receive guests.

Next to Sakala Residence you will find cafes and restaurants open from 08:00 till late at night, as well as 2 shopping malls where food and drink can be purchased. You can prepare your own breakfast in the apartment or you can visit VS Cafeteria nearby (menu and directions in the apartment).

Conveniently situated in the city centre, you are 0.5 km from the medieval Old Town and the main business and entertainment area. Tallinn is one of the best retained medieval European towns, with its web of winding cobblestone streets and preserved properties from the 11th to 15th centuries. All the most important state and church buildings from the Middle Ages have been preserved in their basic original form, as well as many citizens’ and merchants’ residences, along with barns and warehouses from the medieval period. Tallinn Official Sightseeing Tour: Price per person: EEK 300 / EUR 20, child (ages 6-14): EEK 150 / EUR 10, child age 5 and younger: free. This trip combines a guided bus tour through the most interesting sections of the city and a walking tour around the well preserved medieval Old Tallinn. It is an excellent way for first-time visitors to get to know the city.

By Bus (from the airport to the city): Bus number 2 leaves the airport for the city centre and port every 20 minutes, and operates from 07:00 until midnight. The price is EEK 15 / EUR 1. Tickets can be bought from the driver. The airport bus stop is located in front of the departure hall. The downtown bus stop is located on Laikmaa Street, between Tallink Hotel and Viru Centre, attached to the Sokoks Hotel Viru. By Taxi: A Taxi stand is located in front of the airport. The fare from the airport to the city centre is about EEK 80 / EUR 5. By Car - To get to the city centre, follow the signs to Kesklinn. - When you have been following the direct street to the centre (Kesklinn in Estonian), you will see Hotel Radisson SAS on your left. - Keep going straight along Rävala pst, until you see a small park, followed by a big white stone building on your right. - The building is connected with another building and there is a small street going right, between those buildings. - Take this street and arrive at a Y-shaped crossroad. - From there, take the left turn to Sakala Street and drive straight to the next crossroad. - Cross this one, and in about 100 metres you will see on your right a green wooden building. - Behind this building is 5-storey stone-building, which is Sakala Residence. Free parking is available in the courtyard in front of the building. If you wish to park, inform Sakala Apartments in advance, as there is one street closed in 2007 due to construction works. Sakala will send you instructions on how to arrive. Transfers: Sakala Residence Apartments can provide you with complimentary transfers from the airport, bus or train station, or from the harbour to the apartments. To take advantage of this, you should inform reception, at least 2 working days in advance, about your exact arrival information: arrival time, flight number, ferry company name.

Please inform Sakala about the following: 1. Your arrival details in order to fix meeting for delivery of keys in case you do not have a transfer. 2. In case you wish to use the transfer, inform Sakala at least 2 working days in advance about your arrival details (flight/ferry/bus/train name, number, arrival time to Tallinn). For business-class apartments transfer is free of charge. For other apartments the transfer has to be paid. 3. If you need single beds or large beds. 4. If you need parking. 5. Payment is due on arrival. The payment can be done in local currency. 6. In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 26.00 per stay for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
