All apartments are fully furnished. Kitchens are equipped with kettle, coffe pot or coffee maker, toaster, fridge, electric or gas stove, electric or gas oven and /or microwave oven, dishes, pots, pans etc. Most apartments have washing machines, some have dishwashers. Most apartments also have internet access via cable or ADSL modem or WiFi. There is also cable or satellite TV. The apartments are non-smoking. Guests book an apartment type (e.g. studio, 1- or 2-bedroom in the Old Town or in the centre). The specific apartment will be appointed by RED Group Apartments depending on the availability.

Tallinn is best know for its Old Town which belongs to the UNESCO’s World Heritage List and despite many wars and rulers from east and west has preserved very well. By choosing RED Group Apartments as your home in Tallinn you have possibility to live in the upper part of Old Town at Toompea Hill close to the view platforms and Parliament House or just in the very heart of the Old Town on Town Hall Square in the apartment which has the only balconies on Town Hall Square. During summer time the Days of Old Town and medieval markets are held in the Old Town and every winter Christmas Market opens and Santa Claus meets the children on Town Hall Square. There are also many symbols from Soviet Times to explore in Estonia. For visiting the open-air museum in Rocca Al Mare or Kadriorg Palace with its garden which was built as summer residents for Catherine by her husband tsar Peter I you can just take City Tour bus from the city centre or buy a Tallinn Card. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
