Raekoja Residence is offering serviced apartments. All apartments are spacious enough to feel your self like at home, to work or to receive guests or even cook them a delicious dinner. Staying with us you are staying in the middle of the unique old town of Tallinn.

All apartments are furnished and equipped; set to high standard. Apartments are regularly serviced, with a weekly change of bed-linen and maid service. 2-bedroom apartments have 2 bedrooms (either with 2 single beds or 1 large bed), living-room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower. Most of the 2-bedroom apartments have also a sauna and sofa-bed in living-room. .

Raekoja Residence is located in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town, on the Town Hall Square (Raekoja square 8). The square and surrounding is full of restaurants and cafeterias, small shops ect. If you get lost in old town, you will always arrive to that square.

We are happy to provide to our guests complimentary transfer on arrival. We will meet you at the airport, harbour, bus station or train station and will bring you to your apartment. For that we need your arrival details. Parking possibility within 300 meters with additional cost.

Raekoja residence is the perfect choice for those who prefer to stay in the heart of the Medival Old Town of Tallinn. Raekoja Residence with 9 apartments is located on Raekoja Square (Town Hall Square) and is therefore on a prime site in the middle of the Old Town. There are fully furnished 2-bedroom business class apartments, located just in front of the Town Hall (address: Raekoja sq 8). Most of apartments are with sauna and sofa-bed in living-room.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
