The Millers is a corporate hotel from Monday to Thursday, with its own separate Conference and Training Centre with internet access. The Millers is famous for its Stars in Their Eyes Tribute nights, which are held every Friday. Inclusive packages are available after making your reservation. Civil Weddings and private functions are excellently catered for.

You can order the usual selection of hot and cold bar meals from the lounge bar. The restaurant serves an excellent range of high quality food, with a traditional roast lunch every Sunday.

The Millers Hotel still has much of the character of the bakery. Many original artefacts remain, including a working mill wheel in the oak-beamed lounge bar.
