They are located 14 miles East of Montego Bay Jamaica on Rte A-1. From Donald Sangster (Montego Bay) Int'l Airport the total travel time is about 20 minutes. Use the following directions: - Exit the Airport's main drive. Turn left at the Texaco Petrol Station. (Remember to drive on the left); - Proceed toward the round-a-bout, then continue left onto A-1 (Queen's Drive) for approximately 6 miles.; - Make no turn off, you will pass Flankers Community, Ironshore, Holiday Inn Hotel, the Half Moon Resort, and the Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort. - Continue past the Ritz-Carlton on Rte A-1 towards Rose Hall and Falmouth (about 6 miles). The hotel sits near the top of a large hill. - Look for signs that say "Greenwood" to make a right turn into Greenwood. - Then look for the "Emerald View" signs and turn into the driveway.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One further older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.
