The reception desk is open until 9:00 PM. In case of late arrival, please contact the hotel before the day of arrival.

Our hotel is situated at 10 minutes from Nancy's center. All the rooms are equipped with shower, toilet and wash basin, worktop, tv (canal +, 3 satellite channels), high speed internet (security access). Welcome 7 days a week, 24 hours a day: our reception team will be pleased to welcome you from 6.30 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 7.30 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 9 pm on weekends and bank holidays. Otherwise an automatic payment is available.

Minimum age for the use of the bunk bed in the triple room ( for security reasons) : 6 years old .

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 6.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.80 per person. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
