„Die Villa“ is located within 2 minutes walking distance from the Frankfurt Messe. You can reach the city centre (3 km) by public transportation or taxi. When you arrive with your own car, the hotel is only 3 km from the motorway and 15 km from Frankfurt Airport away.

By Car: -Leave the A5 at the exit for Westkreuz. -Continue on the A648 in the direction of the university. -Then go round the Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage circle and turn right into the Hamburger Allee. -The 1st street on the right side is the Emil-Sulzbach-Straße. -The hotel is located after 20 metres on the right-hand side.

“Die Villa” is an exclusive, small 4 star boutique hotel located centrally with only 200m distance to the Frankfurt fairgrounds. Like a small oasis, our hotel is located in the city of Frankfurt but in good distance to hectic and noise.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person.
