Food can be served at any time of the day while the menu includes the famous Zagorian pies, traditional casserole dishes, home made sweets, jam, wine and spirits, using of course home grown fruit and vegetables.

The Fraggades village is amphitheatrically located at 960m. altitude viewing the Zagoritikos river and other settlements lying lower. Fraggades retains the characteristic architectural style of Zagori, protected by National legislation, which is surprising considering the fact that the village was burnt down twice during the Second World War. Centrally in the village one can find the church which was built in 1779 along with the typical central Plane tree of the Zagori villages, where the local festival takes place actually on the 15th of August.

FROM IOANNINA : Follow the National road from Ioannina to Konitsa and when you reach the 19th Km, soon after the Metamorfosi village, you turn right towards Zagori. Follow the signs to the village of Kipoi and after you cross it take the right turn on the first crossroad. Next village you meet is Fraggades. FROM THESSALONIKI : Coming from Metsovo after you cross the bridge in the village of Baldouma take the right turn towards Vovousa and then the left turn towards Miliotades-Karies-Anthrakiti-Fraggades. There is also a forest route which is considerably shorter but it includes a gravel section : before you reach Metsovo take the right turn to Aoos Lakes and follow the route to Flampouraki-Greveniti-Batohori-Doliani-Leptokaria-Fraggades.

60 Km. away from Ioannina, in Fraggades, a village of the Zagori complex, you can find our guest house "Petroto". The building itself has been constructed with full respect to the particular architectural heritage of Zagori, while the interior develops along the traditional lines as well. Furthermore the restaurant offers in depth insight into the Zagorian cuisine using agricultural products that we grow ourselves.

There is a ground floor room available for the disabled visitors.
