Beside you'll find the kneipp-Water-Basins and a footpath for your daily training. Children will like the animal-farm with it's goats, sheep and pigs or the mufflons. Start your walks through meadows and woods rightaway from your housedoor, the mountainrange of "Karwendel" in the background is awaiting you !

Ropferstub`m -Country-Inn right in front of your door ! In a farmhouse from the 19th century a very nice restaurant with a very special flair has been created and very good food and drinks are offered, a sunny terrace invites you for a pleaseant stay. Breakfastservice: "Vital-Buffet"composed from: different breads,housemade jams, Tyrolean mountain-cheese, airdried ham, boiled egg, cereals with fresh fruits, apple-/orangejuice, yoghurt Halfboard is offered on request !

Beside the new Guesthouse you find the Original farmhouse which has been transformed to a very nice, cosy restaurant with it's "Ofenhockerstube" and "Tante Hilde's Stube" The animals now live in the stable upside of the parking, children may visit horses, deers and sheeps ... Only 10 minutes drive to the Alpenbad Leutasch, you also could go there with sleighs directly from the guesthouse.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
