Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels occurs once a week if your stay is longer than 7 nights. In Business Suite Apartments, cleaning is every 3 days. Additional cleaning is available for an extra charge. Business class apartments have free transfer on arrival and Business suite apartments on arrival and departure. Standard class apartment prices don't include free transfers.

Guests are kindly requested to contact the Sakala Residence Apartments at least 1 day prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection. In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.
